Qualifications:
• We are looking at various levels for the above positions from 2-12 years of experience
• Preferably with experience of providing IT Support to Banking clients.
• Diploma / Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT/Electrical/Electronics
• For Service Desk positions Arabic languages skills is a must
• Candidates with relevant qualifications are preferably
• Should have worked in Mission critical environment
• Should have provided L1, L2 and L3 support
• 24/7 support; willing to work in shifts
• Transferable Iqama
