They are currently expanding both locally and regionally and are looking for established Business Development Staff to help increase market share and growth strategies.
The key responsibilities of business development are to build relationships with real estate developers and owners association management representatives. You will ensure your employer receives “requests for proposals”, working with management in providing competitive and realistic quotations.
Naturally you should have a track record in business development, ideally within a facilities management environment. You should understand the difference between hard and soft FM, as well as integrated facilities management and can prepare estimations with relative ease. Geographically you are aware of the landlords in the UAE and projects that are nearing handover.
To be considered candidates should come from a facilities / real estate management background, possess an engineering qualification and bring experience in mixed use projects. Candidates will ideally offer both local and international exposure. We have several other positions available in facilities and property management across the Middle East region.
