Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Lead Trainer
Company: A leading training provider in the middle-east for over 26 years. This position for their new venture in the Eastern Province of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Location: Dammam, KSA
Salary: Negotiable

Job description:
Candidates will be responsible to lead and coordinate a team of trainers, jointly work with sales team to achieve targets.
Design, develop and deliver programs to fulfill client requirements.
Build partnerships with International associations or organization that will add value to the department and overall profitability of the organization.
Ensure high quality of delivery and customer satisfaction.
Willingness to travel through the region and past Aramco/SABIC or similar work experience is an added advantage.

Key Requirements:

Health & Safety Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
Engineering degree related to Oil and Gas industry (Preferred)
A1 Assessor Qualification
Familiar with complete operations, equipment and tools used in Oil & gas Drilling Industry
At least 7 years of HSE experience in the Oil & gas Drilling Industry
Experience in developing and delivering various HSE training courses related to Oil & Gas Industry
Ability to motivate, instruct and assess learners (both in the class room and On the Job environment)
Strong team coaching, mentoring, training and development skills
Excellent communication and Presentation Skills in English Language
Competent in using MS Office Application (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
