1- Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to a monthly close schedule
2- Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
3- Analyze revenues, and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
4- Prepare monthly account reconciliations (Bank - related parties)
5- Responsible of preparation and coordination of the audit process
6- Other projects as assigned.
1- Bachelor degree in Accounting
2- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience ( 2 years in Real Estate sector)
3- Computer skills: MS office is must & other accounting software’s (i.e. MS Great Plains)
4- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Arabic.
5- Professional Certificates will be an added advantage.
6- Good analyzing skills
