This role will initiate and lead financial planning and analysis programs and operations, whereby areas of business planning, profitability and investment analysis are undertaken to optimise financial performance and corporate objectives. This functional role will assess operational parameters to ensure financial efficiencies and due diligence across a complex and matrix structured organisation. Functionally the role will also support business cases through areas of forecasting, financial modelling and scenario analysis, whilst generating MIS capabilities for Senior Management to enhance decision support and commercial understanding. You will also extend to areas of cost and expenditure control and competitor / market analysis.
Our client envisages hiring a candidate with a Chartered accountancy or MBA background with six to seven years PQE. Candidates will manage all financial and commercial demands within the role to allow strong channels of information flow across the business. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate strong presentation skills, allowing findings and reports to be discussed with Senior Management within coherent and standardised structures.
