Job Description:
On behalf of our client, a growing company based in JLT, we are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager.
You will be responsible for managing the daily operations and leading the sales team in the execution of the agreed sales strategy; achieving company-tasked sales targets; and ensuring the long-term profitability of all sales territories and key accounts within the sales channels.
The ideal candidate must be degree educated and have a minimum of 10 years experience within an FMCG environment (specifically working with foodstuff), excellent communication skills and working IT knowledge.
You must be confident, flexible and target-driven.
