Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity to work at one of the market leaders in FMCG. My client is seeking a HR manager to aid with a growing workforce and develop the HR strategy in the business.
The role will have the responsibility of progressing and implementing HR policies and procedures as well as recruiting for and developing a headcount plan. You will be proactive in planning for recruitment and formulate strategies to match the business unit growth plan. You will also maintain productive relations with public sector organizations while providing support to the HR Director. The successful candidate will prove strong ability in all aspects of HR and have a strategic brain.
To be considered for this role you will have 10 years experience of which at least 2 years will be in a senior HR position. You will ideally be qualified to MBA level and additional HR qualifications such as CIPD will be an advantage.
