Role Purpose Present and sell company products and identify, resolve client concerns and increase company sales. Handle cash for the sales conducted. Maintain inventory of the stocks required. They would be providing the customers corporate, product and offerings information.

Proactively coordinate the client’s relationship internally by means of cooperating with other business units.
Achievement of all financial and operational objectives with regards to expense control, loss prevention, audits/checklist, and weekly reports.
Understand, support, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Utilize and ensure the compliance of policy and procedures to make sound decisions and effectively communicate to consumers.
Initiate requisition orders and maintain supplies, inventory and equipment.
Maintain shop expenses and revenue for subsequent performance of duties, count money, prepare reports and make deposits.
Maintain assigned work area in clean and orderly condition.
Identify market opportunities and develop/maintain sales leads in their allocated area.
Basic trouble shooting for customers including CPE sales and installation at retail shop.
Maintain and build customer relationship for future sales and Customer services for the accounts required.
Identify potential new clients, segments and business opportunities that are in line with the company business strategy.
Market intelligence report.
Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company brand strategies.
Partner with management team on the implementation of monthly visual directives.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor in Business Administration or any related field.
Retail Operations knowledge including: sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation and loss prevention.
Preferred industries: Telecom, Banking, Retailing, ISPs, FMCG
Fresh to 1-2 year’s experience at indoor sales or customer services domain.
Experience in a service oriented atmosphere will be preferred
Proven ability to accurately and consistently execute complex and detailed processes and procedures.
Presentable to portray right company image.
