Job Description:
Our client is a leading private multinational enterprise with over 50 companies and affiliated businesses engaging in product distribution, retail, manufacturing, services and investment alongside leading multinational and regional partners.
Their sizeable international investment portfolio includes private and public equities including real estate. As part of their ongoing success and expansion, they are seeking a Head of IT who will be an active member of the strategic planning process of the organization and will lead and implement the IT strategic and operational plans in line with the overall business strategy.
The Head of IT will provide technology vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives that improve cost effectiveness,
and business development in a constantly changing, competitive marketplace. In addition to this, he will lead the planning and implementation of organization’s information systems to support both distributed and centralized business operations and achieve more cost beneficial organization-wide IT operations.
The successful incumbent should have a 10-12 years experience in managing functions and departments dealing with information handling, workflow and systems, and will also have sound in-depth experience in systems design and development process. In addition to this, you must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and must possess experience working with diverse multicultural teams.
