Anti-Counterfeiting Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s brand protection strategies in supervising a network of Lawyers and Investigators. The successful candidate will identify and process information about counterfeit merchandise offered for sale by individuals or companies by conducting market surveys. The ability to draft documents in Arabic is essential, as well as working with outside agencies such as law enforcement and customs on a range of cross border intellectual property matters.   Only candidates with a recognised law Degree need to apply for this role. To be considered you should have at least two years’ experience in a law firm or an in-house legal environment as well being fluent in Arabic.   Successful candidates will have a sense of communication and the ability to build relationships. Candidates should be action and service oriented, have the ability to react quickly and to analyse, summarise and prioritise in all given situations. The ability to work autonomously and have good analysis of people and situations are all desirable attributes.
