As the organisations sole Legal Advisor you will be required to complete various tasks relating to the day to day activities within the legal department, such as liaising with government ministries on all legal concession agreements, preparing purchase agreements, undertaking research and analysis of legal documents and monitoring and reviewing government regulations.
Successful candidates will need to have a law Degree from a reputable University with between three and five years of legal experience within a commercial or financial environment.
Candidates with a Law Degree who have worked as a Paralegal for three to five years will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.
To be considered for this role you should have knowledge of concessionary structures, English contract law and the ability to handle corporate taxation issues. It is essential that candidates speak fluent English to succeed in this role.
