Qualifications and Competencies:
- Familiarity with expat life in the UAE.
- Good people skills — the ability to meet and build a good working relation with clients and assignees.
- Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Meeting clients and assignees to conduct orientation and housing tours.
- Regular email and telephone communication with client and assignees.
- Clearly communicate services to be delivered and related procedures and time lines.
- Works closely with the relocations team including Coordinators and Junior Consultants.
- Maintains clear and up to date records of all services in the internal tracking system.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and awareness of their destination city by reading expat websites and publications.
