Job Description:
Our client, a multinational company in Jebel Ali Free Zone, is recruiting a female Customer Service Representative.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Applicants MUST have very good customer service experience, including order processing; handling customer inquiries, checking orders and invoices, and delivery follow-ups.
Your primary focus will be the ownership and responsibility for the complete order cycle whilst responding to customer inquiries and handling complaints.
You will also be handling basic accounting matters, such as; receivables, payables and general ledger. Computer literacy is essential.
