On behalf of our client, a global leader in the FMCG industry, we are recruiting an Assistant Leadership Development Manager. The successful applicant will be fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not essential. You MUST have a Degree in a Business related field, and at least 3 years experience across roles in leadership development, development & implementation of recruitment systems and processes, and talent management.
Experience in career development, HR planning and manpower planning is beneficial. You will be responsible for implementing key leadership development activities, assisting in the identification of business needs, and management trainee intakes, etc.
