In this role you will be required to provide secretarial support to a Senior Director of the business. Duties include diary management, scheduling appointments, minute taking and preparing all internal and external communications, as well as organising events and conferences.
Other duties will include liaising with other senior members of staff and performing a range of diverse administrative activities for the department as well as creating, composing and editing technical and administrative correspondence and documentation.
The successful candidate should have previous experience working at a senior level and be willing to work in a fast paced and challenging environment. Experience working in different departments such as legal, investment or operations would be ideal.
To be considered for this role you should be Degree qualified and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. At least five years experience in a PA role is essential to succeed in this role. Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
