Service Desk/IT Help Desk Engineers
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify problems. If application is down, able to troubleshoot whether client device, network or application issue.
• Ability to solve simple Client problems over the phone
• Forward calls to the correct vendor for L2 support according to the call flow instructions
• 2 days off
• Excellent IT Admin skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in English/Arabic (Arabic is mandatory)
• Technical knowledge on Servers, Storage units, Networking and Wireless products, MS Windows OS, end-user devices
