Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities :
• Assisting the GM/MD/CEO thru providing a feedback regarding sales targets and projects to completion.
• Supervising, directing and to lead a team (often a sales, marketing or business development team) toward achievement of financial and other goals and to manage workers effectively toward these goals, and also to compile and present information on the team's progress.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
• Prepares the annual Business Development /Marketing Plan; as well as prepares the annual Work Plan & Budget.
• Create a strong client network, focusing on sales of integrated solutions and analyze market opportunities .
• Assess customer needs, both present and future and create appropriate solutions.
• Builds and develop market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating contracts, integrating contracts required for business operations and closing business deals .
• Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Monitor / create /facilitate company’s catalogues, designs and updating company’s website.
• Promoting the company name and branding and around the local market as well as selling all the company services to new and existing clients. You will also be involved in managing the company's annual audits, and assisting the Heads in preparing Pre Qualification Questionnaires for tenders.


Qualifications & Profile :
• A degree in business, marketing, accountancy or allied field.
• 5 years professional experience with demonstrated skill progression in the sales and marketing field especially in Kitchen industry
• High degree of motivation and passion to succeed
• Thrive under pressure, inspired by competition yet a team player
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to think strategically, yet implement at the tactical level
• A sense of humor and a knack for innovation, problem solving and negotiating positive results
• With Driving License
