To secure the recruitment of the right talents across the operation that fit the company culture thus fulfilling the manpower plan to support all functions to reach the company objectives.
-Support in the implementation of all necessary systems and procedures to ensure that the recruitment and selection process operates effectively.
-Maintain up-to-date and accurate lists of jobs and vacancies within the organization to be able to identify staffing needs.
-Advertise all vacancies internally through in-house magazines, intranet and notice boards.
-Draft copy of external advertisements and negotiate advertising space with selected media.
-Identify and maintain regular contact with external advertising and recruitment agencies to support the recruitment process.
-Liaise with applicants on all aspects within the selection process; receiving CVs, CV/Application receipt acknowledgement, sending application forms/conducting preliminary screening interviews, conducting tests, coordinating interviews & assessments, sending feedback forms/letters
-Carry out all administrative arrangements for those attending a selection process, including arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for applicants with special needs.
-Assist in screening of application forms and CVs
-Develop and maintain an active data base of potential candidates and keep an active pipeline ready for recruitment when required.
-Carry out first interviews as per set criteria and recommends the best fit for hire to the HR Manager and function head.
-Keep effective relations with department heads to make sure they are well serviced and updated on their requirements at all times.
-Support the HR Manager in developing and managing the assessment center.
-Maintain and manage records on all incoming CVs and application forms
-Maintain records on all resourcing & recruitment expenses
-Develop and submit an up-to-date recruitment progress report, positions filled and remaining vacancies, talent database and all related staffing communication.
-Obtain references and carry out required pre-employments checks to ensure that information given is verified and candidates have the right to work in the country.
-Prepare all documentation relating to appointments including offer and rejection letters.
-Coordinate with Personnel & Payroll Officer as well as GRO on all new recruits joining needed documentation as per policies & procedures outlined.
-Coordinate with L&D the Orientation & Induction programs for new recruits.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR department under recruitment section.

-Fluent in English.
- Preferred Arabic speaker.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR, or related field.
