- Take care of all Arabic correspondence.
- To prepare the work permit and visa applications by using in house Labour and Immigration System.
- To Coordinate with PRO for labour / visa /EID / and license renewals.
- Updating the employee files with all necessary documents and preparing employee data.
- Assist in all other HR functions such as Recruitment, Attendance Management, Trainings, Renewal of labour card and visa, etc.
Excellent knowledge of Labour laws, Reporting Skills, Maintaining Employee Files, Dependability, Organization, Scheduling, Confidentiality, Independence, Communication, Teamwork, Microsoft Office Skills.
