We are looking for superstars who are ready to leap into something life-changing, to live and breathe a powerful working culture that drives the evolution of the BOUNCE experience.
As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will provide call center support as the first point of contact for our customers. Responding swiftly to the needs of our customers, you will provide responses to customer feedback, take bookings over the phone, track customer payments and refunds, ensure accurate invoicing and follow-up and report on safety and injury management.
Your exceptional influencing and relationship management skills will be vital to ensure that our customers feel special and leave every interaction with that ‘wow’ feeling.
Exceptional English is mandatory.
You must speak at least one other language. We’d like to get a mix of nationalities, Arabic speakers, Hindi, Russian etc. Our goal is to cater for all the diversity in Dubai!
Previous call centre experience is a must. You need to love talking on the phone and brightening the lives of everyone you come into contact with.
