ASTAD Project Management
Carry out a variety of clerical and administrative duties and typing support to all Senior Staff Positions within Department.
Works in all computer software such as Word/Excel, Power point, etc. Create and maintain files including documents of confidential in nature arranged in numerical active order and up to date with correspondence, action forms and other related information.
Completion of Diploma in Business Administration or BSc degree in a relevant field, plus various administrative training courses and customer service. 5 years experience in a similar admin assistant role.
Ability to type 45 wpm. Family Sponsored.
