Alcon is currently seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to be based in Lebanon and supporting the Levant Cluster (including Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and Iraq). This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager in the Middle East. We are looking for a highly motivated and professional team player with minimum three years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics and Customer Service.

Job Summary

The SCA is primarily responsible for:
•Facilitate customer orders to ensure accuracy, coordinate with the cluster managers for approvals and process orders with the area customer service center
•Prepare Price Authorization requests
•Coordinate between the customer, distributor and the region to ensure smooth and clear communication.
•Support the customer to ensure reciept of proper documentation for customs clearance.
•Follow-up on receipts as well as data accuracy in the Customer acknowledgement, Proof Invoice, Invoice and Credit Notes.
•Track and Ensure the accurate arrival of Orders.
•Responsible for import and export (samples / Free Goods / Demo) with all related procedures. (Insurance, freight, customs clearence etc.).
•Process and respond to various customers inquires related to order processing
•Follow up based on forecast and open orders
•Create and communicate customer sales reports on a weekly, monthly and qualrterly basis, ensuring accurate information of year-to-date figures and stock
•Update custromer data for the cluster
•Track Pharma and Surgical samples
•Coordinate with the team in events, meetings including participant and Doctors‘ registration.
•Update distributor contact information on regular basis

Skills

Relevant Education Requirements:
•University degree
•Minimum of three years experience in Supply Chain / Logistics and customer service

Relevant Competencies:
•Competent enough in Excel
•Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a detail oriented approach
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
•Excellent in MS Office [Very strong in Excel]
•Effective Team player.
•Business acumen and good understanding of supply chain, logistics and customer service

Relevant Language skills:
•Advanced English and Arabic oral and written communication skills.
