 Identifying and leading the appropriate resources (internal and external) required to develop and execute major partner strategic initiatives.

• Developing the business strategy and have end to end ownership and accountability for the complete ownership of the Sales Process

• Experienced from a lead role within sales-led environment Strong Channel experience a must
• Understands the Channel Partner’s business to effectively perform account management, with assistance as well as increasing share of wallet
• Develops relationship to promote understanding of the Channel Partner’s goals and objectives
• Demonstrable track record of achieving business results as an individual contributor and as a team manager;
• Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive Channel sales strategy
• Develops relationship to promote understanding of the Channel Partner’s goals and objectives
• Proven ability to win new business, develop existing BP relationship and execute effective trade marketing programs
• Knowledge of products and technology in the IT industry
• Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and procedures
• Knowledge of organized retails
• Business finance experience is essential
• Ability to manage teams and develop people
• Highly motivated and willing to succeed

• Graduate / Post Graduate
• At least 5 years sales management experience within the technology hardware industry, with some exposure to high volume sales and proven track record of high tech. product sales management experience into the Enterprise market.
• Fluency in Business English is a requirement, Arabic language capabilities (are preferred)
