OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
Promoting our products and maintaining healthy customer relationships

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Promoting our products actively in the market
• Achieve assigned sales target
• Gain product knowledge through active participation and stay up to date with market competition
• Utilize selling skills and provided resources to increase company market share
• Analyze client needs and offer appropriate products & services
• Responsible for distributing statement of accounts, necessary follow-up & collection of payments due from the clients as per their credit terms with proof of receipt
• Coordinate with Sales coordinator for order processing
• Facilitate movement of stock, prioritizing short expiry item product(s) movement.
• Seeks approval for purchase requisitions through line manager
• Maintaining a weekly calendar of visits/meetings with clients
• Ensures that the invoiced sales are worthy; not to have any possible returns with due monitoring.
• Should submit weekly merchandizing report to the line manager
• Actively add additional business to assigned client portfolios

• Liaisons with Sales Coordinator
• Operations Staff
• Accounts Staff
• All levels of management

JOB RELATIONSHIPS

Retail
• Display creativity in submitting retail tailored promotional schemes such as gondolas, FOC, Buy x get x free promotions etc
• Maintain a healthy relationship with the section manager(s) and head of department
• Coordinate orders through the section manager(s) and head of department
• Organize store visits for merchandizing requirements & replenish any shortages in stock through coordination with merchandiser
• Should maintain shelf visibility of all our products
• Does not engage in any such business practice that would result in a negative impact to the company/customer relationship

Food Service
• Maintain a long lasting and established relationship with the kitchen staff, primarily the chef(s)
• Coordinate orders through the Purchasing department
• Provide input in menu decisions with the assistance of chef
• Coordinate tasting of new products through chef’s approval
• Ensure prompt service of deliveries through coordination of the Operations department
• Does not engage in any such business practice that would result in a negative impact to the company/customer relationship


OTHER FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Uses the phone to communicate with customers
• Checks his emails and fax regularly and responds to them in a timely manner
• Uses emails for interoffice communication regularly
• Prepares price quotations and sends them via email and fax
• Ensures aggressive follow up on recoveries from assigned clients and ensures timely collection of payments from clients

Skills

QUALIFICATIONS
• Should be computer literate with skills in Ms. Office package
• Strong sense of customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Presentable at all times
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Sales experience in a corporate or retail sales
• Good driving skills

REQUIRED
Good Communication ability in English & Arabic Language
Previous Sales Experience

PREFERRED
Multi Lingual (English, Arabic, Urdu)


REQUIRED LICENSES / CERTIFICATES
Valid Saudi Driver’s License
