•Build, Supervising and managing the entire recruitment function and activities to meet organization man power requirements
•Providing suggestions to reinforcing the performance and workflow of the section.
•Receiving all recruitment requests from all departments and make sure it's within the approved budget.
•Supervise the recruitment specialist and give him the requirement and key factors for filtering CV's, phone screening, interviews arrangement, and preparing job offers
•Receiving and filtering applicants CV’s and Phone screening, interviews candidates for low and med level position.
•Make the job offer for high level positions and overseas applicants.
•Manage the replacement of resigned employees
•Manage and maintain Saudization Level
•Coordinate with recruitment agencies and other sourcing channels to reach job seekers.
•Give suggestion and solution to decrees the turnover of Saudis employees.
•Managing various activities of planning and Recruitment, such as preparing job descriptions and personnel specifications, providing applicants with instruction and assistance, redesign and create necessary forms, adjust the process if needed
•All reporting (New hired, local, Saudis, non Saudis, overseas, replacement
Desired Skills and Experience:
•Bachelor degree with 3-year experience.
•Fluent in English.
•3 years of experience managing full life-cycle recruiting process.
•Experience managing 5-10 job openings at a time in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations
