Quality/ Performance Manager

JOB PURPOSE:
To implement measures of individual performance in alignment with the business objectives of the company as well as the clients, provide guidance to management in assessing competencies of employees and develop key performance measurements

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
 Implement Program Evaluation System per a given client and report its findings on monthly basis to Monitoring and Evaluation Committee
 Coordinate performance management and quality improvement capacity building for all levels of management and employees
 Establish a continuous performance and quality improvement effort and monitoring and reporting system
 Regularly report the status of performance and quality improvement efforts and impacts to the project manager and technical manager
 Prepare and produce regular performance indicators reports in accordance with the clients Performance Standard
 Ensure performance data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed, and makes recommendations for future improvements based on the data
 Ensure that involved employees receive appropriate training, counseling, and understand all of the applicable procedures related to their job
 Manage external audit programs, including the production of reports and ensure appropriate monitoring mechanisms

Skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or its equivalent
 At least eight years of related experience including three years of management experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
 Knowledge required to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate performance management systems for a large organization
 Strong proficiency in Arabic & English reporting
 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
 Good interpersonal, strategizing, coaching skills
