Design and validate schematic outlay of complex solutions in consonance with client business requirements, budget, and technical feasibility and proactively engage with ITC clients in their future expansion plans and suggest or recommend new services and products to fulfill client's expected needs.

Duties & Responsibilities Peformance Outcomes with Key Result Areas
"1-Develop technical specifications of complex solutions.
2-Take ownership of managing major bids and alliance with third parties.
3-Provide technical consultancy service to clients.
4-Cross departments/divisions coordination in developing client solutions.
5-Define all service level implementations parameters related to proposed solution.
6-Takes ownership of the technical write-up of all bid documents.
7-Conducting technical informative seminars.
8-Assist and mentoring new presales staff.
