-Provide personal administrative support to the Company General Manager.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences.
-Telephones handle in appropriate manner and greet clients and visitors.
-General clerical duties to include but not limited to:photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
-Other duties as assigned.
- University degree or certificate of secretarial
- Experience of at least 3 years
- Full knowledge of secretary works
- full access to all computer programs (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
