Contracts Manager - Facilities Management

- Drafting contracts
-To develop, agree and manage a robust strategy and annual plans for the contract to meet the contractual requirements and operational and financial business targets.
-To conduct regular reviews of processes, procedures, plans, monitoring and taking action to ensure business targets are met, including submitting accurate and timely reports.
-To focus on the future direction of the contract, to include implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and to strengthen the customer relationship to enable the success of future longevity of the contract.
-To provide leadership to the contract management and employees to understand and have input to the overall operational plans, as appropriate, and are motivated to achieve performance objectives.
-Minimum of 5 years` related experience within FM services
-Excellent financial, commercial, business development and HR acumen to support the improvement of business performance.
-Ideally a degree holder or holder of professional qualification in FM;
-Arabic language would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
