Job Description

Genesis Manazil is a leading provider of green structural steel building technology targeted at the construction sector in the UAE and GCC countries. Genesis Manazil creates innovative steel products, engineers and designs building structures, provides training and support services, and manufactures building components using sustainable building materials.

As Genesis Manazil Group are expanding into the Egyptian market from their base in Dubai, they're establishing a branch in Cairo to initiate and follow up on current opportunities for construction projects and to build a network of distributors for their building products. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be the first employee in the new branch and will initiate and execute administrative activities in support of the CEO. Duties and tasks are varied and involve dealing with the clients, governmental authorities in Egypt, and liaise back with people in various departments in the company's HQ in Dubai.


• Executive assistance and support to the CEO with marketing, administrative and communications activities; business development activities related support, coordination with Sales Team, and the Managers of different departments of the company

• Entry of new leads into a web-based CRM system and participate in the qualification of leads collected from trade shows and other sources, and generate new leads for the company’s Sales Team through Research and Cold Calling

• Participate in the update of marketing collateral collaboratively with the Sales department.

• Disseminate internal procedures, documents and regular updates to the Sales Team via email and within the web-based CRM software

• Follow up with the Engineering and Implementation departments for various projects

• Relay and coordinate various activities such as; HR forms for vacations, PR’s/PO’s, requests for purchases, Expense forms, Petty Cash reconciliation, IT related issues, archiving, etc.

• General management of the office and coordination of events, hosting clients and travel arrangements

• Participation in Trade-shows and Business Travel as required.


At least 5 years proven success in a Sales/Marketing/ Customer Relations role
Fluency in English and Arabic
Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Proactive behavior with good organizational skills
High level of integrity and discretion
Highly Analytical
Service oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deal with potentially confrontational situations with patience, diplomacy and tact

An engineering degree is preferred
