Duneden is a specialist HR consultancy that was formed in Dubai in 2005 as a result of construction leaders asking for help in sourcing and placing technically qualified candidates. Some of our clients’ support teams were not always familiar with the technical needs of the line managers and needed a service that had the expertise to find qualified people that could fit into their work environment quickly. We see ourselves as an extension of our client’s recruitment team and we encourage our
clients to take advantage of our expertise, knowledge and network.

Like every company, our team has evolved over the last few years but each time we take on another team member we make sure they carry with them extensive local and
international experience in our specialist areas. From our receptionist to our owner we talk the language of our clients and candidates.
Our Values
We are a company based on relationships. We were formed because of relationships and we’ve grown because of relationships. Initially servicing only the construction sector when many of our clients developed an oil & gas division, we hired an oil & gas team. When clients started looking for support people with industry knowledge, our team grew to provide a support team. When our clients needs’ expand we expand.
